Refund & Exchange Policy for Apexez

At Apexez, we stand behind our CRM products and strive to provide exceptional service. Please read our refund and exchange policy below:

1. Subscription Plans

  • Our CRM operates on a subscription basis. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a partial or full refund only in the following cases:

  • A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the CRM despite repeated support attempts.
  • You requested a cancellation within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not actively used the service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after 7 days.

Misuse or misunderstanding of features.

Delays or issues caused by your own hardware, internet, or third-party services.

4. Exchange/Upgrade Policy

You may upgrade your CRM plan at any time. The difference in price will be prorated.

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and are not eligible for refunds.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

Email us at info@apexez.com with your account details and reason for the request.

We respond within 3–5 business days.

Apexez reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
